みなさん、この経験本当にありがとうございます。
私はこの経験でもう少し強くになったと思います。

Thank you Everyone! This was an amazing summer. I learned so much more about myself.
UNTIL NEXT TIME!! Goodbye wall of faces haha.

I'm gonna miss you, Gaga pup!

It's a wrap!

NOW I must pack and get ready for the flight home. I'm really excited to go to the airport because I have some yen left over to spend! Wahoo!

The empty room.

The final rest before leaving.

Modeling for Catalogue and Japanese Soda Sizes!

Hello! It's been really a while since I've updated on this blog. I feel a bit constricted as to what I post, but from now on, I will just...post.
It has come down to my last few days in Tokyo! Time has slipped away! I don't feel like I'm about to go home; returning seems like such a distant thing.

Today I did the impossible and woke up at 5 AM (possibly taking 6 hour "power naps" at 1PM every day isn't the best choice). My job lasted from 7AM~5:30PM and we shot at 4 different locations!

The bus!

This is the true size of a soda.

Dozed off twice.
Lunch/Dinner break!
It's always time for pink fitted pajamas.

Afterwards, I FINALLY ate ICE CREAM! They've been staring me down every morning in 711. The ones that are in a cone- that is amazing!! Grabbing a yogurt or apple instead is no longer sufficient.

Goodnight.

Tomorrow begins from 7:30 AM, so I will go to sleep now!

FEAR SUNSCREEN NO MORE! SHISEIDO Urban Environment & NATURE REPUBLIC UV Lock Flower *Review*

FEAR   S U N S C R E E N   NO MORE!

Yaho-It's LaLa!
Photo: skincancer.org
I thought I'd do a little review today and show you what SPF I've been loving! Living in Hawii, SPF is an absolute MUST-have (especially for my skin tone). Some of the problems I've encountered in the past with sunscreens, which I'm sure everyone has as well, are the sticky residue and oily feeling clinging onto the skin after applying. These two sunscreens I'd like to show today kick those problems
to the curb with their light formulas
and matte finishes.

I n t r o d u c i n g ...

Shiseido's Urban Environment Oil-Free UV Protector (SPF 42!)
&
Nature Republic's UV Lock Flower (SPF 50!)

SHISEIDO Urban Environment
Oil-Free UV Protector SPF 42
($30.00)

What it is:
An oil-free daily formulation that protects against three major causes of skin cell damage: UV rays, oxidation, and overproduction of sebum.

What it is formulated to do:
This ultra-light formulation contains mineral powders and herbal extracts to help it spread smoothly while creating a pore-free and shine-free finish. Formulated with Shiseido's highly effective multi-defense sun protection system and advanced skincare ingredients, it prevents skin damage and free radical production.

What else you need to know:
This product is suitable for oily skin types.

(information taken from Sephora.com)

After rubbing the product into my skin, there is a matte finish! This sunscreen does not give my skin a white tint.

HOW TO USE: Use this sunscreen as the last step of your skin care routine in the morning! It can go under or above makeup, but I recommend using it before applying makeup.

Wearing the sunscreen

LOVE LOVE THIS!(will buy again)

Nature Republic UV Lock Flower SPF 50!
(About $5.00-$6.00)

Ah, yes, this is really an amazing sunscreen.

This spray version of Nature Republic's UV Lock Flower goes on light and matte. Great daily sunscreen. Easy to use, fast to apply, and no residues.

For this example, I used quite a bit to show the consistency of the liquid. It's important to hold the bottle at the right distance from your skin, since it can build up in areas.

Overall good product and will definitely buy again.

Thank's for viewing!
See you around~

Hello everyone!
It's been AWHILE! Also, this is quite late, but today I would love to share some of my photos from Hiroshima with you~
I went to Hiroshima on an exchange trip through my school from January to mid February. I highly recommend exchange trips for not just language learning purposes, but for the overall experience.

MIYAJIMA
One of my favorite places
宮 島
一 番 好 き な
Miyajima is a small island located just off the coast of Hiroshima. The island is a world heritage site of Japan and oh yes, it is worth that title. People friendly deer (shika) run freely around the streets and coasts of the island.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL architecture

I can't wait to share some of the glorious beauty products I picked up in Japan!

Until next time!
